Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your access to and use of TaskVeda’s website, programs, services, and digital learning platform.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

• Company refers to TaskVeda.
• Platform refers to the TaskVeda website, learning management system (LMS), mobile applications, and associated digital platforms.
• User, Student, Participant, or Candidate refers to any individual accessing or using the Services.
• Program includes internships, bootcamps, live cohorts, workshops, AI programs, digital courses, career development programs, webinars, certifications, mentorship sessions, and any future educational offerings provided by TaskVeda.
• Content includes videos, recordings, presentations, documents, assignments, assessments, software, templates, images, graphics, trademarks, and any other learning materials made available by TaskVeda.

2. Eligibility

To enroll in or access any TaskVeda Program or Service, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age at the time of registration.
• If you are below eighteen (18) years of age, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian before enrolling in any paid Program.
• You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your participation.
• You agree to comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and any Program-specific rules communicated by TaskVeda.

TaskVeda reserves the right to verify the information submitted by Participants and may request supporting documents whenever necessary.

TaskVeda reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any registration or participation if:

• Eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
• False, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.
• The Participant violates these Terms or any applicable law.
• Continued participation may adversely affect the learning environment, community standards, or business operations.

Enrollment in a Program does not guarantee admission, certification, internship opportunities, placement assistance, employment, or any other specific outcome unless expressly stated by TaskVeda.

3. Registration & User Account

Users may be required to create an account to access certain Services.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring all information provided remains accurate.
• Preventing unauthorized access to your account.
• All activities performed through your account.

TaskVeda shall not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Programs & Services

TaskVeda may provide, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Program, feature, service, mentor, curriculum, assessment, schedule, certification criteria, pricing structure, or learning material at its sole discretion to improve educational quality or operational efficiency.

Program duration, curriculum, live sessions, mentors, and assessments may vary from batch to batch.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

• Program fees shall be communicated before payment.
• Payments shall be processed through authorized payment service providers.
• Access to paid Programs shall be granted only after successful payment verification.
• TaskVeda reserves the right to revise Program pricing, scholarships, discounts, promotional offers, and payment structures at any time.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds shall be governed exclusively by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the TaskVeda website.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, payments made towards digital educational Services are generally non-refundable after enrollment or access has been granted.

TaskVeda reserves the right to approve refunds only in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to duplicate payments or cancellation of a Program by TaskVeda.

7. Program Delivery

TaskVeda delivers educational services through digital platforms, including live online sessions, recorded content, assignments, assessments, downloadable resources, community access, and learning management systems.

Delivery shall be deemed complete once access to the Program has been successfully provided.

8. Certificates

Certificates may be awarded only upon successful completion of all Program requirements.

TaskVeda reserves the right to deny certification where a Participant fails to satisfy attendance requirements, mandatory assessments, project submissions, plagiarism checks, or any other completion criteria.

9. Internship & Placement Assistance

TaskVeda may provide internship referrals, career guidance, resume reviews, mock interviews, hiring events, networking opportunities, or placement assistance.

However, TaskVeda does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Paid internships
• Interview calls
• Job offers
• Salary packages
• Placement with any specific employer

All hiring decisions remain solely with the recruiting organization and depend upon the Participant's qualifications, performance, and market conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform and Services, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, software, assignments, designs, logos, graphics, trademarks, and educational materials, remain the exclusive property of TaskVeda or its licensors.

Users shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, record, publish, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any TaskVeda Content without prior written permission.

11. Code of Conduct

Participants shall maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout their participation.

Users shall not:

• Share course access or login credentials.
• Record or redistribute paid content.
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• Submit plagiarized assignments.
• Attempt unauthorized access to TaskVeda systems.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Misrepresent their identity.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

TaskVeda collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you consent to such collection, storage, and processing for educational, operational, legal, and communication purposes.

13. Testimonials & Promotional Content

By voluntarily providing testimonials, reviews, success stories, photographs, videos, project submissions, or feedback, you grant TaskVeda a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for educational, marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

You may request that future promotional use be discontinued by contacting TaskVeda in writing. This will not affect materials already published.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, TaskVeda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its Services.

TaskVeda's total liability shall not exceed the Program fee paid by the Participant for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

15. Termination

TaskVeda reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to its Services without prior notice where a Participant violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards.

16. Modifications

TaskVeda reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the TaskVeda website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
